Friendship Chain - Guest Post "Poli"

Hi guys,
I am very excited to be a part of "Friendship Chain" an event started by Anamika of Taste Junction . When she contacted me regarding this event I was more than happy to do it.
What was more exciting is the concept of the event where the origin, the history, the ingredients in the dish and the cooking method can be explained in detail. Do check it out here .

She wanted to showcase a traditional regional speciality as it would be a wonderful learning experience for both fellow bloggers and readers. I wholeheartedly thank Anamika for giving me this golden opportunity and it is truly a moment to cherish :)

What dish can fill this criteria other than "Poli" which is a speciality of "Kongunad Cuisine" which is the cuisine from where I hail. Do check out the recipe and let me know your feedback:)

Do visit this link: Friendship Chain-Guest post "Poli" by Reva

Konugunad Cuisine has much more to offer, more than "Arisi paruppu saadham" and "Kollu rasam" which I will be posting in the coming months. For more info on Kongunad cuisine do peek into the above page dedicated for this cuisine.

Guys, do extend your support to make this friendship chain a grand success and hope to keep the relay going for years to come... Do contact Anamika if you would like to be a part of this at : anamika.arun@gmail.com.

I will be hosting this event for the next two weeks and I will post a guest post from a foodie friend of mine after the end of 2 weeks... so do check out this space for more authentic dishes and the mystery blogger..:)

Enjoy...
