Hi buddies,
At last I have finished with the roundup of this wonderful event "Healing Foods-Mango". I would like to thank Siri for graciously allowing me to guest host the event for the month of April.
When I chose "Mango" as the theme, I was confident that my blogger friends would flood my mail box with some amazing delicious recipes... I was so right. I got a whopping 49 entries altogether, ranging from mango smoothies to fruity yogurt rice to mango tofu stir fry.
The list is endless .... so be prepared to be amazed....and also check out the winners at the end of the post....
Thankyou all for participating and making this event a grand success. I bow down to each and every one of you for the passion, hard work and the creative spark that you show in each recipe [both sent for the event and posted in your respective blogs]
The award is a tiny token of appreciation for your kindness..... Please do accept it for participating in this event and proudly display it in your blog... :)
